Before you book
New learners and existing drivers
Whether you're a complete beginner, a nervous driver or returning to driving after a break, you're very welcome.
Lessons are tailored to your ability and confidence, with the focus on helping you become a safe, independent and confident driver – not simply getting you through your test.
Practical driving tests
Please be aware that I don't accept short-notice practical test vehicle use for new clients.
If you've recently booked a test and are looking for an instructor to take you to it, I'll need enough time to assess your driving first. This is to make sure you're properly prepared and that using my car for your test is safe and appropriate.
Use of the instructor's car for your practical test is only available when safe driving has been demonstrated and I am is satisfied that you are test-ready.
This protects you, other road users and the integrity of your test – and means you're not being encouraged to take a test before you're ready.

Try before you commit
Unlike many national driving schools, there's no booking fee for an intensive course with Kerry's Driving School.
And you don't have to commit to a full course before you've had a chance to see whether we're the right fit for each other.
You can start with a 2-hour initial driving session.
This gives you the opportunity to:

discuss how many hours of tuition you may need
